Grace Eames is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years’ experience in cultural transformation, workforce strategy, and leadership development. She has held senior roles across financial services, oil and gas, and maritime industries, including Group Head of People for a global financial services firm.

Grace specialises in reward structures that drive high-performance cultures, aligning incentives with business goals to boost engagement and retention. She has led major change initiatives, talent strategies, and organisational redesigns across  several countries including  the Isle of Man, UK, Jersey, Guernsey and Monaco.

Known for her empathetic leadership and emotional intelligence, she builds workplaces where people feel valued, motivated, and empowered. Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, she helps businesses foster agile, people-first cultures.
