Meet The Founder

Grace Eames MSc, Chartered FCIPD

Senior Consultant, Humanology

Grace Eames is founder of Humanology, a consultancy building cultures of trust, clarity, and care. With 30+ years in senior HR and governance—mainly in financial services—she’s supported boards and CEOs through complex challenges across industries like shipping, oil and gas, banking, trust, and pensions. Grace holds an MSc in Strategic HR Management, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), and created the Inside|Out™ Leadership Framework to help leaders develop self-awareness and clarity.

Through Humanology, she offers leadership programs, executive coaching, and strategic HR consultancy. Grace is also a certified QPR suicide prevention trainer and trustee of Isle Stand Up to Suicide, championing mental health and compassionate leadership.
